Privebutique.gr must return the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, refunds may be delayed if we do not receive the products or proof of return.
Refunds will NOT include shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.

Please enclose a copy of the Delivery Note-Retail Receipt or a copy of the Delivery Note of your original order.

The product along with its packaging and barcode tags should be returned in their original condition.
